TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IDENTIFICATION
In order to provide a professional and effective service and give feedback/updates for an order, the seller needs to keep a record of the buyer’s personal information. This is information such as the buyer’s name, contact details, valid ID and etc. All personal data provided is stored in a master database that is strictly kept private and confidential.
DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT:
The process in exchanging and collecting of any personal information between the buyer and seller shall be in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or RA 10173 for purposes of buy-and-sell transactions to be adhered to by both parties.
PAYMENTS:
PREORDER ITEM - Full payment or downpayment as discussed is required for the order to push through. Otherwise, the item will not be secured. Adjustments can be made as long as the seller is informed beforehand.
ONHAND/SHOP-OWNED ITEM - Full payment or downpayment as discussed is required for the order to be exclusively reserved or sold. Otherwise, the slot for the item will be open for any other buyer.Only one who is sure to purchase a product is permitted to submit an order form. If unable to make full payment immediately, setting the date of payment and/or a non-refundable downpayment is accepted to reserve the item/s. Due payment will be generally in one week from the order date or on what was agreed upon.LATE PAYMENT:
If there is any outstanding balance beyond the agreed-on date of payment, a late payment fee will be automatically added if payment is not yet settled beyond the deadline. No exceptions will be given whatsoever.

Beyond 1st day₱30.00 + additional ₱20 each day until the 6th
Beyond 1 week₱200.00 + additional ₱25 each day until the 14th
Beyond 2 weeks₱350.00 + additional ₱40 each day until fully paid

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
All payments, either initial or full, are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the reason. Strictly no cancellations allowed after filling up the order form unless 1. The buyer pays a cancellation fee of ₱200.00 & 2. The item is on-hand or already secured before ordering. There is no option of cancellation if it is a personal order request. Do not order if you lack the funds to pay or if still unsure about going through with the purchase.
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL:
Strictly no rushing of orders. Orders are not immediately shipped to the Philippines as they are dependent upon the sole discretion of the seller. Furthermore, it undergoes many processes and varies from NORMAL ETA of 2-3 months to SLOW ETA of 5-7 months to reach the destination country. Once it is in transit, it usually takes 30-45 days before it arrives at my PH address. There may be unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, delayed logistics shipment, port congestion, and etc. Do not order from the shop if you are unable to wait patiently.
PRODUCT ARRIVALS:
Once the items arrive at my PH address, 45 days will be the allotted time for the items to be stored. It will start on the day notices are sent that the order/s is ready for shipment. Consolidation of items is acceptable as long as it is within the 45-days storage period of the first item that arrived. If the buyer still has not claimed or scheduled shipment of the order/s that arrived beyond the given grace period, it will be automatically up for sale. The buyer will not be informed in any way of the incoming deadline or if it is already after the set deadline. However, if the buyer notifies the seller that they want the order that arrived past the storage deadline to be shipped to them, it can be accepted under the conditions:
1. A storage fee will be charged beyond the storage deadline

2. It has not been sold to another person yet.If the ordered products have stayed for 6 months (or longer) with the seller, they can no longer be claimed.In special circumstances where the product owner is a local resident currently overseas and will not be arriving within the 45-day grace period, it can only be extended to an additional 2 weeks, NOT ANY LONGER. The policy on the storage period will immediately take effect after the additional 2 weeks have passed.RETURNS AND LIABILITIES:
The seller has no control over what happens during the shipping process, therefore, one will not be held liable if the product arrives damaged or becomes lost while in transit. Returns are not allowed and are strictly non-negotiable. With assurance, the utmost care is taken when the items are packed and enough protection is done to ensure that they arrive safely.
Items that arrive damaged will not be refunded but a ₱40 discount can be given for the next order as consolation under the conditions, both of which must be strictly followed:
1. The complaint is filed within 3 days from arrival date at the buyer’s address
2. A very clear, unedited, uncut, and uncropped unboxing video is provided showing all sides of the package beginning from the opening of the parcel, accompanied by a detailed item inspection.
FOR R-19+ PRODUCTS:
It is required for all customers to submit a valid ID as proof of legal age that must match the name of the orderer and receiver. Customers below 18 years old must present a valid ID, a legal guardian's valid ID, and a signed authorization letter from the legal guardian that provided the valid ID upon submitting the form to purchase a product and send payment.
FOR MINORS WHO ORDERED NON-AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS:
The seller assumes that the buyer has already been permitted by one’s legal guardians upon purchasing a product and sending payment. Once again, there will be no refunds even if a parent contacts the seller about not being informed beforehand, and any other concerns that are under no circumstances may be deemed valid. They will not be entertained for any reason whatsoever. The responsibility of ordering from the seller falls upon the buyer.
RUDE / FINICKY CUSTOMERS, BOGUS/GHOST BUYERS, AND JOY RESERVERS:
Said people will have their information posted online, will be automatically blocked, and will no longer be allowed to place future orders. This also applies to the non-observance of the stated terms and conditions. Please remain kind and respectful when transacting with the seller.
RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE:
The seller has the right to refuse service in cases where a customer interferes with the seller’s safety and well-being or the shop that is handled. This includes rude or disrespectful behavior, false accusations or claims, sending death threats, etc.

❀ Where is your shop located? Do you have a physical store?
➸ Our store is only based online. We ship out items nationwide from Metro Manila, Philippines.
❀ How can I order?
➸ You may order by messaging @datsflower on Twitter on what product you want to claim or request for purchase assistance. After discussing with the seller, an order confirmation message will be sent to you which will include the total payment, payment details, deadline of payment, and order form. The link to the masterlist will be provided after payment.

❀ What are the modes of payment?
➸ GCash, Paymaya (+₱15), Paypal (for international clients)
➸ Please DO NOT directly cash into the GCash or Paymaya account that will be given to you since there is a limit for free cash-in. Load the money into your own account and then transfer the payment to me afterward. Failure to follow will lead to percentage charges since our bank account usually meets the free cash-in limit.
➸ Other banks are currently unavailable.
❀ What are the fees included in the products being sold?
➸ The price stated already includes the international shipping fee to the PH unless stated otherwise. When the product arrives in the PH, all you have to pay is the packing fee and local shipping fee (or international shipping fee if it will be shipped outside PH).
➸ The packing fee will start at ₱25 and may increase depending on the size or dimensions of your total order.➸ Effective January 1, 2024, the following fees are to be charged according to the size of your items. Please refer to the table below.

❀ Can I get an update on my order?

❀ When is the ETA of ordered products / when will my order arrive?

❀ Do you ship internationally?
➸ Yes, we can ship internationally using only the UPS Shipping Delivery Service which is subject to their approved list of shipping countries.
➸ Countries we have shipped to: USA, UK, AU, HK
➸ Philippine Post EMS is possible only for US-based customers with mail-sized orders.
➸ Unfortunately, other delivery methods are currently not supported.
❀ How long can the product stay with the seller?
➸ A storage period of 45 days is provided free of charge to buyers with the countdown starting from the day the arrival notice is sent (for pre-orders) or when the product is ordered and paid for (for shop-owned onhand items). Products will be subject to fees once overdue for a certain amount of time but can no longer be claimed after 6 months of their stay.

MODES OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY METHODS
Gogo Xpress: An option to add insurance for the products is available by a payment of 1% of the total product price that serves as the item protection fee. The local shipping fee can either be COD or paid in advance through GCash. Some areas are temporarily unavailable for delivery; buyer will be contacted by DM for a change in the MOD if the system shows that their location is not covered in the list of areas being delivered to.
J&T Express: As requested by buyers, I have decided to add this shipping option. However, please note that there will be a convenience fee of ₱15.00 as I do not have cash on-hand most often and I will be paying the pick-up rider via GCash, which they require a fee for. The local shipping fee can only be paid in advance through GCash. Delivery for bulky items is not possible for this shipping option as riders are given the option to change the parcel size and demand higher shipping fee. Some areas are temporarily unavailable for delivery; buyer will be contacted by DM for a change in the MOD if the system shows that their location is not covered in the list of areas being delivered to.Same-Day Delivery: The services available are Grab and Lalamove. Booking will be made solely by the seller which will be done in conformity with the seller’s schedule and preparation of parcels.NOTE:
· Seller's location is Paranaque. No other MOD is available except for what is stated. Kindly check on your own for the MOD most recommended to your area or most convenient for you. It is difficult to accept the request of inputting the address to every MOD just to see which one will display the cheapest delivery fee.
· On-hand items are sorted and packed first before checkout links are provided or bookings are made. It may take a few days or longer, therefore, please submit the shipping form immediately and contact the seller ahead of time if you want the shipment of the on-hand item/s to arrive at an earlier date.
